Even though this is sometimes a very sensitive topic, a home with pets or smoke can be at a serious disadvantage in the marketplace and sell for less than what it might otherwise bring. I don't want to tell anyone their property smells, but all sellers should be ready to evaluate this when considering placing their home for sale.
